Agreement Between Golden Lion and the Player
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using Golden Lion Casino, including account registration, gameplay, payments, bonuses, withdrawals and general platform access. All activity carried out through a player account is treated as the responsibility of the registered account holder. If unauthorised access is suspected, the player must contact support immediately so the account can be reviewed and protected.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Rules

Funds, bonuses or winnings must not be transferred to another player, third party or external account not connected to the verified account holder.

Prohibited Activity

Account Suspension and Closure
Golden Lion may suspend, restrict or close an account if there is evidence of rule breaches, suspicious activity, failed verification, fraudulent behaviour, irregular gameplay or prohibited use of the platform.
During a review, access to the account, deposits, withdrawals or bonuses may be restricted. If serious violations are confirmed, Golden Lion may cancel bonuses, void winnings or permanently terminate the account.
Players may also request account closure by contacting support. Closing an account does not remove any obligations, debts, investigations or liabilities that existed before closure.
Dormant and Inactive Accounts
An account may be considered dormant if there has been no activity for 12 months. Dormant accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of €5 to cover administrative costs.
If an account remains inactive for 30 months, it may be treated as abandoned, and remaining funds may be handled according to applicable rules and legal requirements. Bonus credits must be used within 30 days unless a promotion states otherwise.
Bonus and Promotion Rules
Golden Lion bonuses are subject to specific promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses carry a 50x wagering requirement. Some games may contribute differently or may be excluded from bonus wagering.
Players may need to opt in to certain promotions before they can receive a bonus. Withdrawals are available only after bonus conditions have been completed or after bonus funds have been cancelled or used according to the promotion rules.
Winnings from free bonuses or no-deposit bonuses may be capped at €100. Golden Lion may remove bonuses, cancel winnings or block promotion access if bonus abuse, irregular play or breach of terms is detected.
Anti-Money Laundering Controls
Golden Lion applies anti-money laundering and counter-fraud procedures to protect the platform and comply with legal obligations. Players may be asked to verify identity, payment methods, address or source of funds before withdrawals are approved.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
Players understand that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are the responsibility of the account holder. Golden Lion, its affiliates, partners and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the maximum liability of the operator shall not exceed US$100 per account, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Player Responsibility and Indemnity
The player agrees to protect and indemnify Golden Lion against claims, losses, expenses, damages or legal costs caused by misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, unlawful activity or third-party claims connected to the player’s account.
This obligation continues even after the account has been closed or access to the platform has ended.
Governing Rules
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed. If any section of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
These Terms and Conditions form the full agreement between Golden Lion and the player regarding use of the casino platform.
